The State of Washington provides benefits to eligible applicants through the Washington EBT Card. Furthermore, they provide the ability for beneficiaries to check their food stamp balance through the Washington EBT Card Balance checking portal.
SNAP, which is formerly known as Food stamp, is a program that helps low-income people in Washington to make ends meet by providing monthly benefits to buy food. The department that administers the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which is also known as the Food Stamp Program is the Washington of Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS).

How You Can Check Washington EBT Card Balance
Basically, you have three options for checking the balance on your Washington EBT Card.
1. Checking your balance through UCard Center Website.
By visiting the UCard Center website, you can easily check your Washington Quest Card balance online. To receive your Quest Card balance, login with your User ID and Password. If you do not have a User ID or Password, then kindly register for the UCard Center or activate your card.
Washington State makes use of the UCard Center website to manage your Quest Card online.
2. Checking Through Your Receipt
You can see the balance on your Washington Quest Card by checking your most recent receipt from your EBT purchase. Your remaining EBT balance can be located at the bottom of your recent receipt.
3. Contact Washington Quest Card Customer Service
By calling the calling Quest Card Customer Service on 888-328-9271, you can check your Washington Quest Card balance over the phone. But you have to provide your card number, in order to receive your balance. Once you call the line, you will be requested to provide your sixteen (16) digit EBT card number in order to know your current food assistance or cash account balance.
