The Wisconsin Foodshare or Food Stamp program is run by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (Wisconsin DHS). Benefits are made available over the first 15 days of every month, based on the eighth digit of the client’s Social Security Number.

I Have Not Receive My EBT Wisconsin Payment This Month
If you have not received your Wisconsin food stamps for this month based on the monthly EBT Wisconsin Payment Schedule stated above, then you should contact the help desk. You can contact the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, who head up the SNAP program. Or you can as well call the number on the back of your Wisconsin EBT Card.
