Benefits are available from the 1st to the 28th of every month, based on the 9th and 8th digits of the Florida case number (READ BACKWARDS), dropping the 10th digit.

I Have Not Receive My Food Stamps Benefits This Month
Once you noticed that you did not receive your Florida food stamps for this month based on the monthly Florida EBT Payment Schedule stated above, then you should contact the helpdesk. You can contact the Florida Department of Children and Families, who are in charge of the SNAP program. Or you can as well call the number on the back of your Florida ACCESS Card.
