The new issuance schedule will affect only the following groups of people:
- New recipients
- Recipients who experience a 1 day or more break in eligibility because of a failed action
- Recipients who move from one project area to another
Benefits are made available for the above individuals from the 2nd to the 20th of every month, based on the last digit of the client’s SNAP case number.

I Did Not Receive My Ohio Food Stamps Benefits This Month
Once you noticed that you did not receive your Ohio food stamps for this month based on the monthly payment schedule stated above, then you should contact the help desk. You can contact the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, who administer the SNAP program. Or you can as well call the number on the back of your Ohio Direction Card.
